You could go on forever on this subject: health insurance, higher education, environmental justice, bio-fuels driving up basic food prices ... the lower class is getting torn apart and there is still this notion that cutting taxes for the rich will help everyone out. The "trickle down" theory doesn't work, it's been proven many times over the course of American history - the only thing it does is secure votes from those who can make the biggest campaign contributions.
